You bought a bike but you don't feel comfortable? You have complaints and but you can't fix it yourself? You are looking to get that PR on your local loop and want to lower your drag and go full aero? The module 'bikefit - the ultimate process' can help you with all of this. Like the name suggests, this is not one consult but it's a process, you will come back after 3/6 months and after 1 year (first consult 2h30, second and third 1 hour). Aerodynamics is an important part in this option as well, we look at your frontal area and optimize your drag (CdA) in the second or third consult. This also gives you insight in your own body (functional screening) and through the interview we get a good overview on your problems, needs, goals and complaints when riding your bike. The module 'bikefit - the ultimate process' consists the following parts: - Interview (elaborate questionnaire) - Functional screening: --- Stability --- Strength --- Flexibility --- Joint mobility - Measuring bike setup - Analysis of the current bike position --- Position of the cleats --- Stability of the pelvis - Adjust the bike setup (if possible and if needed) --- Saddle --- Cleats --- Cockpit (stem & handlebars) - 2 Follow-up sessions at 3 - 6 months and after 1 year (1 hour). The report consists a elaborate plan to tackle your stability, strength and flexibility to become a stronger, more resilient and robust athlete.
