You bought a bike but you are not comfortable when riding it? You have complaints and you can't fix it yourself? Or you are looking for the perfect position? You want to prevent injuries and perform better? The module 'bikefit - the standard' gives you insight in your own body (functional screening) and through the interview we get a good overview on your problems, needs, goals and complaints. You will get an extensive report with exercises to tackle your weakpoints of your body. The module 'bikefit - the standard' consists the following parts: - Interview (elaborate questionnaire) - Functional screening: --- Stability --- Strength --- Flexibility --- Joint mobility - Measuring bike setup - Analysis of the current bike position --- Position of the cleats --- Stability of the pelvis - Adjust the bike setup (if possible and if needed) --- Saddle --- Cleats --- Cockpit (stem & handlebars) At the end you receive a document with the set-up and the pictures and home exercises to become an even better athlete! If you want to buy a new bike we can determine the correct frame size from this bikefit as well (not included).
